Our experience with Highland Construction, particularly with Jim, was outstanding! We collaborated on a project for a client needing their pool heaters connected to propane. Jim and his team were incredibly helpful in guiding us to the right specialty parts, ensuring everything was set up perfectly.

Despite the scorching 90-degree heat, which felt like 110 with the humidity, Jim's dedication was unwavering. He worked tirelessly alongside us to ensure the client's pool heater was operational before we wrapped up. Jim's expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive.

While they do not provide the service we are looking for, they went out of their way to provide us with referrals and helpful information. This is a level of service and integrity that is seldom seen these days, and I wholeheartedly appreciate that!

We had a pool and hot tub installed by Highland Construction about 3 years ago. The selection and installation went incredibly well. However, what I also wanted to highlight is in the last 3 years, they have come over to the house when a thing or two needed to be fixed or replaced under warranty, and always have been responsive and kind. They do not just sell you a pool and leave, they build a relationship and always stand behind their work, Nora and Evan are great people and awesome to work with.
