Estes Express Lines is a freight shipping company offering LTL and Final Mile services, among others. It is North America’s largest private carrier. Everyone is incredibly nice and really care about the job they do. The office staff and dispatchers are super nice and the drivers are great. Delivery can be before the first half of the delivery window and the process is quick. For a Final Mile delivery to an apartment, the staff coordinates a plan to bring the shipment right inside the apartment. It is a favorite LTL carrier for some, with service built on values and trust.

Recently had made a purchase with Lowe's and the item shipped by Estes. Once I realized it was only a 'to the door delivery', I contacted Jennifer and told her my situation; mainly that I live on the 6th floor of an apartment building. She contacted Liz who handles Final Mile Delivery for Estes and a plan was developed. With the coordination of the Stow Lowe's, my shipment was brought right inside my apartment.
