I had a crawlspace situation that started out as what I thought was 1 or 2 small issues that needed assessed. Charlie Murphy, project manager, was my first contact from the Basement Doctor. The situation I was facing became very involved and intricate due to multiple complications that needed addressed. Charlie was very thorough and was here on multiple occasions, using pictures and videos to document his findings. Our basement has an ongoing host of issues, but I'm so glad we found thr Basement Doctor to help us with them. They sprayed insulation in our basement, but something went wrong with it, which we only noticed a year later. Most companies would have shrugged us off or made us pay again; they did it for free and with a short wait. Charlie is our contact and he's come through in so many ways for us. He's knowledgeable and honest. Today I called him when our main line backed sewage into our basement. He recommended a great plumber and helped us know what might be going on. They truly go above and beyond and I feel very confident handing our future projects over to them!

We recently experienced a break in the water line from the main shut off valve to our home and called The Basement Doctor. Jacob (project manager) explained the situation, our options and pricing. The repair required digging a ditch from the outside shut off valve to our house to replace the water line.A 4 man crew ( Rob, Final, Danny and Collin) arrived on time the day scheduled for the repair.
