We have been here two times and I have to say we need to make this store our primary go to. Missy is so nice and helpful. They don’t try to oversell you something and they always go out of their way to help you. If they don’t have a part, they’re willing to look it up and get back to you where they can get it. This place is AMAZING!!
Excellent customer service and way more knowledgeable than Leslie’s. Doesn’t push their product and in fact stated I should “finish what chemicals I have on hand” before purchasing similar chemicals there. Also, was the first place to mention that granulated shock can cause calcium buildup in salt water pools. We should have been using liquid to avoid buildup. Testing does take a bit longer here but the quality of information and assistance is worth a few extra minutes, in my opinion. They don’t use machine testing and instead opt to use the more accurate manual testing. HIGHLY recommend. I am calling them tomorrow for service as one of our systems isn’t functioning properly. Hope the excellent service continues!!
We are new, very inexperienced pool owners. Another company had been taking care of our pool and charged us over $1500 for two visits to open the pool. Because we knew our pump needed replacement I got an estimate from the old company for over $2000. A friend recommended Pools and Spas so we got a second estimate for the exact same pump= $1500. Pools and Spas was a couple of weeks out for installation but because our old pump was leaking, they managed to fit us in after hours and we couldnt be happier. Staff was friendly and helped educate us and their prices are certainly more competivite than our old company.
