Excellent service and quick turnaround for repairs. Have used them multiple times for badly cracked iPad screens and never disappointed. Great prices and takes the time to explain the problem.
I had a badly cracked screen, but also a damaged plug-in port. In addition my phone would not charge even when properly plugged in.
I expected to be told I needed a new phone, but was pleasantly surprised. The screen/battery fix came first, and took less than 40 minutes.
It was several days later when I managed to damage the plug-in port. Again, it was an easy fix.
I also asked about my charger, as it always seemed to be in slow-charge mode. He suggested a different carger/cable set, and that has made a real difference.
I recommend him highly, not o ly for his service, but his willingness to share his expertise.
