I just had my car's windows tinted at Columbus Tint Design...I was first impressed with the ease of the cost estimator on their website...then I stopped in and they truly took their time with me and explained the whole process and the in person quote was the same...we set an appointment and during my appointment communication was great about the progress and the job was done on time, and I couldn't be happier...can't wait to get our truck scheduled in!!!!
Customer service is ABOVE & BEYOND expectations!!! They responded via text when weren’t able to return call during their normal business hours. Very knowledgeable about our Tesla (other Tint places we called were not) Answered all questions and were family friendly!!! Got us in within the desired time frame and made sure we were satisfied!! I wish our other vehicles needed tint, we would definitely bring them here!!!!
Had an appointment at 3:30pm today but arrived around 2:15pm. They checked out my situation and immediately took my car inside and started working on it. They had to take all the old tint off of my windows before they could put new tint on them. They had my car done and ready to go about the time I had the appointment for! Very good service! Thanks again! Looks great!
