Technician Tyler was polite and courteous. He also stated for me not to worry and that he would have my A/C up and running today. Also, hats office to office staffer Jenna. She represents her family-owned business very well.

I filed a service claim through my home warranty and they arrived the next business day. Jason was able to figure out the problem within minutes and fixed it. I have an older hvac unit, so most other companies don’t know how to work on them or they just try to sell me a new one. I couldn’t recommend them more and will be asking for Jason in the future.

I would recommend AirMax 100%. We used them this weekend through our American Home Shield warranty. Our Furnace stopped working Friday and we had to call for service. They assigned the repair to AirMax and Robert came the same day. Our furnace was back up and running in less than a day, over the weekend, we couldn't be happier. He went above and beyond in my opinion to get us fixed. Thank you.
