We used Valley Moving and Storage to move us out of our home of 38 years, store our furniture and belongings for 4 months and then move us into the new home we built. Everything we stored with them, including artwork, crystal etc. returned to us in excellent condition. The people who helped us are knowledgeable, helpful, kind and efficient. The owner of the company even has helped pack our artwork and more difficult items. The office staff, Misty and Penny, are patient and kind. First off let's start with Misty in the office who is just a beacon of light and so wonderful to deal with. She made me feel so appreciated and cared for.
Then comes moving day with Adam, Dave and Ron. They were perfectly on time and went right to work taking such good care of my furnishings… Wrapping everything with a moving blanket and arranging it with care in the truck. Upon arrival at my new home the same care was taken as well as placing items where I wanted them to go being sure that everything was complete before declaring the job finished. They were fast and efficient and just wonderful to work with.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND VALLEY MOVING
I used Valley Moving recently to move from a town-home to an apartment a short drive away. Overall, things went well! However, my TV was somehow damaged during the move. After contacting Valley Moving about this, they were very apologetic and were quick to make things right by compensating me a fair amount. The only other thing to call out was my wooden office desk was nicked in a few areas along the top edges. Not a big deal at all. This kind of thing happens when you move, but it could have been prevented if they had padded it instead of moving it as-is. With how well they handled the issue of my damaged TV, I will definitely consider Valley again for future moves!
