Please share I need this to go viral : as i sit here in angry tears,#walmart at the end of November of 2022 I bought 4 tires at the Kent /Ravenna Walmart, I have never had a issue with automotive with almost probably 15 yrs of getting service , about a week later they started losing air so I went back had them add more air ( that same day 2 ppl had same complaint), and atleast over the course of say 4 to 6 weeks I had to go back 2 more times same issue, the final time the tech never looked to see how much air went into my tires, he over filled them by 10 pds mines take around 30 he put 40, because they stopped losing air , I thought everything was fine. This is one of my preferred Walmart stores... all stores seem to be lacking in customer service due to the loss of so many employees during this difficult time. My shopping experience was made quite pleasant by Wal-Mart employees, Samantha (at front end) and Mihlaki, true assets of Wal-Mart corporation! #SatisfiedCustomer

Ordered tires at Walmart online, PAID for them, and scheduled a service time. My son showed up at the appt time to get his tires installed and the service center was closed. He talked to an associate that had no idea what was going on. I called today and the lady said it closed about a week ago and she had no additional information. "They don't tell her nothing, honey". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this location.
