We have loved our experience with Visiting Angels. Anytime of day I call they answer and get my dad help quickly and smoothly. Communication has been exceptional! We have had several different caregivers and each one comes in prepared and handle my dad with great attention, respect and care.

All of the aides that have been sent to help my father in his memory care unit, have been exceptional. Kind, caring, compassionate, and they go the extra mile to make sure my dad is comfortable and content. I can finally breathe a sigh of relief because I know they are there when I can't be. And Crystal has just done a tremendous job finding the right match!

Our initial meeting with Genel was so seamless and not stressful for my 96 year old aunt. We feel comfortable moving forward with this endeavor and we’re looking forward to meeting our Visiting Angel this weekend.
