Dr. Marchand is great. Best eye exams I ever had. He explains everything he is doing and why he is doing it. His staff is also very friendly and great to work with. My wife recently went to him as well and was as pleased as I was for the very same reasons. I highly recommend Portage Vision Care.5 years after this review was written I still feel I get the best eye exams from Dr. Marchand than I have ever gotten from any optometrist I have ever gone to, and there where many. Dr. Marchand is personable, thorough and has great bedside manner. He explains everything in a way you actually understand and he discusses all options. He has the most up-to-date equipment and a friendly staff. I have referred many people to Portage Vision Care and all have had a great experience.
The doctor takes the time to explain things, the woman at the desk are lovely, and they recently saved me a lot of money on contacts by suggesting we check my benefits this year!!!! I highly recommend!!
