Hired him to install a 220V line for a dryer and a drain line for a washer. He used subpar materials, including an undersized drain line connected to a vent stack that wasn’t even plumbed to a drain. The washer flooded both our basement and laundry room due to improper testing.
Instead of installing a new breaker for the 220V, he stole one from a subpanel that powered other outlets. When we flagged the issue, he promised a fix, then claimed he couldn’t do it because he was in Georgia. After saying his brother would handle it, no one showed up.
Now we’re left with the mess of having to redo ALL of his work. Avoid him at all costs!

I cannot recommend Lansky's Construction and repair. I know alot of people who have used this company to do various jobs from anywhere as drylocking a basement to remodeling a bathroom to building as pool barn and much more and the things that was disclosed about this business is very unsettling. the main thing that does not set well with me is the company has no employees and is subcontracted out to which is not un common but the subcontractors seems to not getting paid for the work that they have done. the owner takes the money he recieves from the job and spends it all on himself. this is fraud and this company does not need to be trusted. the owner not only uses sub contractors but he uses his brother who has more experience in the construction trade and is facing an eviction from his home. If the owner was actually paying his sub contractors like his brother then his brother would not be facing a eviction case.

CROOK, THEIF, LIAR AND A TOTAL HACK JOB. HE HAS RIPPED OFF MORE AND MORE PEOPLE I FIND EVERY DAY. HE ONLY GOT ME FOR $300 AND HALF DAYS TIME REPAIRING HIS TERRIBLE WORK, BUT OTHERS ARE SAYING HE GOT THEM FOR THOUSANDS. GOOD FOR NOTHING SOB
