Seriously do not recommend working for Jason, apart from trying to force his employees to sign an illegitimate and non notarized contract stating if you quit you will not receive your paycheck( which is highly illegal ) he continuously uses your paycheck against you stating in anyway you will not receive it, he is and has been known to withhold his employees paychecks, I am currently on my third week of him saying he would mail me my final checks over 600 dollars worth In labor and hours and I have not received a single penny. He is a horrible business owner that has no respect for his employees do not waste your time filling out an application it is definitely not worth it.

Doesn’t like to pay his workers. Talks you into quitting the job you have to come work for him. Then he doesn’t want to pay you what he agreed to. I was making 27$ working for another guy. Quit to come work for him at 25$ because he promise to teach me new stuff. Told me 40 hours a week. Then he has me drive 2 hours a day with turnpike tolls. To only work 4-5 hours. Then he says he isn’t paying me 25$. So I quit and now he hasn’t paid me at all. It’s obvious why he can’t find workers. Shady guy. Apparently he been doing this for years from what everyone I talk to has said…

i cannot think of anything good to say about jason flynn. i am a former employee with him and he runs a circus. he can't keep employees for many reasons. he will treat you like a slave and he will not pay you based on experience. ive done carpentry work for almost 10 years and he started me at 15. he will keep you on a job late even after you told him you have to pick your kid up and than say you can leave, but still call you screaming saying nobody leaves the job until his truck leaves. thats not the worst of it, he fired me because i had personal issues i was dealing with and asked to leave early. but still, he hasnt given me my last 2 checks and told me the only way i can get the money for the hours i already worked is if i leave my new job and help him pour a driveway. i currently have a lawsuit going against him soon after my lawyer gets back to me as well as the state looking into this as well. he allows drinking on the job and does it himself. zero saftey. do not hire him for work and especially do not work for this scab company.
