Joe was a real pleasure to work with. He took my call and came out right away. Apperently the Entrance Cable coming into my house, connecting to the power lines to the meter/utility box was the worst he'd ever seen, and I'm lucky it didnt catch fire. The cable was so degraded that it was allowing water in, corroding the wires within and channeling water to the meter and breake box inside my home. It was a hazardous repair but they still worked on it. Not only did his team fix the line, they upgarded it to a 200amp service and added updated grounding rods. They started a job and never finished. The owner Joe does not return phone calls and tells you they will show up but never do. After 2 months finally showed up on a Sunday and then asked to be paid not had no bill. Out of my stupidity I paid him for what he did so far but he never gave me a bill and hasn’t showed up since. Find someone else to do the work. The only time he will answer the phone is if you hide your caller ID.
I was informed by joe that we needed a new electric box. That we could have a fire or knock electricity to entire house. I said to go ahead schedule get and get me a quote let’s move this along. He never called me back. And didn’t respond. Months went by. I had another electrician out and he didn’t know how it passed inspection.
