Walking into this establishment for the first time, as a male, I wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted by Maddie and taken through the process of becoming a new member. She was extremely thorough, patient, and informative. I felt educated in the "tanning world" once she was completed. The establishment was clean, welcoming, and well put together. It's so hard to find small businesses that showcase good customer service but Maddie nailed it tonight! I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to support a small business that values their customers and obviously, their staff training!

Overall Bedrock has been my tanning go to spot for several years. USUALLY convenient and kind faces. I write a review (not in my character)in hopes it stays way!My last few visits have proven otherwise. To make it brief after several visits my tan is not where it should be, the last lay down bed I was in would not even stay closed, therefore had to switch arms to hold closed to get any benefit, lastly I respect the reasoning (though have NEVER seen a end of day rush) but my work/life schedule leaves very little flexibility, finding and enjoying that 12 minutes is important so for example, store closes at 6, I arrive at 5:31it bothers me to get turned away, knowing It… read full review

Still highly rate bedrock . Just wanted to say I went into tan today and was told my package had expired. When I came in my last visit nobody gave me a heads up and I was not aware that my package would expire. So just if you read this a heads up the packages do expire after a year. I drove 15 minutes to tan and had no idea so figured I would just mention this.
