This is the 2nd time we've used Mike's roofing for work on our cottage on Middle Bass Island. Back in 2019 we simply needed a new roof because the one we had was old and simply wearing out. They did a tremendous job back then and we were very happy with the work.This year was different. We got hit head-on from the August storm and had several trees down on our property, one of which landed directly on the cottage itself creating significant damage to both the roof and the structure itself. Mike's Roofing replaced the roof on our home in Sept. 2023. Everything went very smooth, they worked with us on scheduling around our pool closing. They cleaned up very well, we found very few nails after they left. Construction was quick and efficient. In and out in 2 days.

I had a roof replaced in spring of 2018 with Mike's Roofing. Troy and team did a good job. The recent wind storms dislodged a few shingles and I called Mike's to get the fix. I was super thrilled to hear the warranty that came with my roof meant I would not have to pay anything! Just when it seems like I can't get a break I get one from Mike's.
