Paul was awesome. Coming from Belpre to Ironton my car stopped running. I pulled over right in front of their location. Called number, he came out to see what was issue. It was my alternator, he got part, put it on and I was back on the road. Thank you PaulService: Battery service
He was nice, came when he said, had no problems with my directions even though my directions were a bit sketchy, my vehicle was handled properly, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion for where he had to tow it. Couldn’t have really asked for anything more and I have no complaints whatsoever.
Best tow ever. After a long and unprofessional service with State Farms Roadside service Ferras attended to my call on the PA turnpike 11 mins after I called. The man that picked up my vehicle was very friendly and I'd happily use their service again!
