“I made a tax preparation appointment with Belmont Services at the recommendation of a friend. It was my first time doing business with Belmont and first time in a while hiring to have my taxes completed. The office is located in a building that is easy to find, and there is plenty of parking in their lot. The office layout was a little confusing, but I did find the reception area and did not wait long to meet with Mr Beltrán who took me to a private room with a large screen view of his computer. He was very thorough in his work, and went over every document in detail with me, explaining everything we were doing along the way. He answered all of my questions in detail and with competency. On completion, we reviewed my return and all of the documentation again to ensure there were no errors or omissions, and that I fully understood my form. Everything about my experience was very professional and customer-focused. I expected to pay a lot for this service, but was very surprised at how affordable this was in the end. Comparing this to other big name tax preparation services, I felt the price was very reasonable and the service and competency was much better than you would expect from big name companies. I was so happy with the service I received that i have already made my 2024 appointment. I highly recommend Beltran if you need a trustworthy tax professional. They do offer a lot of Spanish language services as well.“
