Today was my first time having Juni groomed at Star Pups, and I have already booked for the rest of the year! Tracy took my sweet but very shy/anxious, 3.5 year old cavapoo and efficiently and carefully got her a nice short summer cut! Tracy was super kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Pricing is very competitive, and I feel safe leaving my pup with the staff at Star Pups, that is a hard combo to find. I brought my very nervous Bernese Mountain Dog in to see Anthony for the first time and he did a fantastic job!!! I just want to say thank you to the ownership at Starpups for the very reasonable prices you charge. I paid significantly less today than I have at other groomers in the area- and I promise, you are not missing out on business by charging less. You just converted me as a customer to come back not only every time, but more frequently than I have been!!! It shows you care about your customers, animals and that you are in this for the right reasons. We can't wait to come back and see Anthony again!
Visiting from out of town. I booked an appointment for my 5yr old Goldendoodle for groom and haircut. Tend to be little hesitant to try new places without recommendations but took a chance and SO GLAD I DID. The haircut was exactly what we asked and my pup was happy afterwards. The MAIN reasons for the 5stars (deserves 10stars) is the groomer discovered a small fluid sack building under his neck between his jaw. A place I rarely pet and would not have noticed. They recommended I get it checked out soon by a vet. Went to a vet a day later and grateful the groomer noticed this because it turned out to be an issue with a salivary gland which can have complications if undetected and untreated. Never excited about surgery but couldn't be more thankful for the amazing service and attention to my pup.
