If you want a relaxing massage, this is not your place. If you are looking for someone to help with tense muscles, hit you with a deep tissue massage, etc., this is the place! After suffering a brain injury in 2017, I struggled with migraines and sometimes couldn’t rotate my neck even close to the normal amount. After coming here, my migraines have SIGNIFICANTLY decreased, and I almost always have a full-range of motion in my neck (usually a few days before my 5-week appointment, my neck starts to get a little tense, but after the massage it is like new again!).

I’ve been going to Soma therapy for over 19 years. There is no other place to go that gives you the relief and thoroughness than Soma. This is not a foo-foo massage; rather, it is very therapeutic. I’ve never left there not feeling fantastic for days afterwards. I refer a lot of my patients there due to the exceptional results and they come back raving fans and thank me for introducing them to Soma. It may be bare bones-not the Ritz Carlton-but because of that it is very affordable. James has thorough knowledge of his subject-and many athletes and prominent figures who use him. He should NEVER take Groupon-doesn’t need to.
I was having an Incredibly stiff neck and sore back and I am incredulous as to how much better it feels after a few sessions with James. I am impressed and in awe at his skill so much so - I could shout it from the rooftops and cannot more highly recommend. The best! Book a therapeutic massage. You’re worth it!
