We had Mr. Felix Floors install prefinished hardwood 20 years ago. This year when we wanted to add hardwood to the rest of the first floor, we contacted him again. After 2 other estimates, we chose him to do the job. The head of his crew has 20 years of experience and it shows. The old and new floors match perfectly. We are very pleased with the finished product.
We contacted Mr Felix to refinish our hardwood floors based on all the great reviews. He’s no nonsense, which we really liked. We had carpet in one room on the first floor and he told us that wasn’t right and we should put wood in that room. It didn’t feel like an upsell, he was just giving us his professional opinion. We’re so glad we listened to his advice, as it really tied the entire first floor together. His team did a terrific job installing matching red oak flooring, sanding the old and new even and showed us stain options on our floors.
