My computer had been asleep for at least 2 years, and after scouring the internet I found a local company with great reviews. I took it to Midwest Technical Associates for a transfer of data to my new laptop. Bill was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He quickly understood what was needed and only made me pay half the price for the work. All my data was transferred safely and I now have a neighborhood computer wiz to take my computers to when I need service. Thank you Bill for a great experience!

I spilled coffee on my old computer. It was six years old and working fine until the incident, and then I lost my keyboard I went ahead and decided to buy a new computer. The owner was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He had my hard drive transferred over and did a diagnostic on my old computer, to see if it could even be saved…but my new computer was up and running within a day.
