Alison G. gives a GREAT haircut and is an incredibly kind and witty person. She also strikes the perfect balance of reading the room to know when I feel like chatting a bit and when I just want to close my eyes and relax… that may sound like no big deal but it’s actually really hard to find. They also have a new front desk person and bartender, named Gina, that is fabulous, really funny, super attentive, and kind. 10 out of 10 experience across the board!

I’ve been going to Hammer and Nails for about a year now. I’ve always had Allison do my manicure/pedicure’s . I’ve always enjoyed working with her. I especially enjoy that I can relax with my favorite bourbon in hand. Allison is very experienced and does excellent work and is easy to talk to! I will always request Allison for my manicure/pedicures.

2/11/25: I came in 3 weeks overdue for a haircut, so my hair was long and unruly. Tom did a great job cutting my hair. I simply showed him some old photos and he got to work! I had good conversations as well.

6/4/25: I recently had surgery around my ear that included incisions within the hairline. Tom was careful to avoid these areas while still expertly trimming my hair! He matched the trim on the surgery side with my other side so that even with my surgery areas, my haircut looked great!!
