My mom is a longtime patient here. She’s 89 years old and needs a bit more time and direction during her exam. The entire staff was patient, kind and caring throughout our exam today, taking extra care to be sure that the glasses we ordered would work with the way she holds her head. This was my first visit here and I will continue to come back! I saw Dr. Jessica and she was lovely! Very knowledgeable and explained things well. Matt helped me pick out two eyeglasses and this was by far the best experience I have ever had with eyeglass shopping. He gave his opinion respectfully and he clearly has a talent for helping people to find something flattering and that fits the budget (I got a fun pair and a business pair). Everyone was so down to earth and welcoming. I am being evaluated for a neurological condition and Dr. Jessica explained how the eyes may fit in, what symptoms are hallmark, what things she noticed now and what I should be on the lookout for, as well as scheduled some follow up testing.
