***** from D1 initially made contact with me in early March of 2024. I had initially noted some damage and loose shingles due to wind and he conducted an inspection of my roof and helped me start the claims process. ***** was very helpful in getting things up and running and explaining the process. Unfortunately State Farm decided not to be helpful in the process. ***** was my guide, we made our moves together and coordinated the best course of action. After a bit we finally got the roof approved and it was installed today 06/24/2024 by an excellent crew. ***** and D1 were communicative, professional and helpful all along the way. *** recommended them to friends and family alike and they helped my friend get his house fixed up as well. If I ever needed help again for something similar Manny and D1 would be my first call.
