We had an emergency situation and he came immediately, spent over four hours at our house working to help us, explained exactly what was wrong in our basement, thoroughly fixed the problem, found equipment at a reasonable cost, was kind, thorough, and very, very knowledgeable. Chris really helped me out! Had a difficult job to tackle. He kept me informed throughout the process. Did several plumbing fixes for me and all were done well and fixed the issues I had. Came next day and on time. Pricing was lower than the major players would charge too. Would recommend.

Chris made my day! I had managed to get my drain snake stuck when attempting to clear a clog. He was able to come out the next day, free the drain snake, and clear the clog.
