Returned a dog that wasn't suited for our family. I didn't know if you returned a dog that you couldn't adopt another dog. Every dog isn't going to work for the family. I was willing to adopt a smaller dog. But I was told I could not.

Great barbershop! Traditional barbershop with talented barbers that can hold a conversation. You won't go broke. I'd spend my money here over the clip chains or a metro area barbershop.

I was in Portsmouth for one day and had time to waste, so I stopped in Upper Cuts to see if I could get a cut. They got me right in and the lady did a fantastic job (I forget her name ?). I've gotten so many compliments! The people seemed really fun and like a place I would love to get my hair done all the time!

Im very impressed with this company! ***** came out to do an inspection for possible bed bugs. He was very honest and I could feel how trustworthy he was. He was honest after doing a thorough inspection and let us know we did not actually have bed bugs (just tiny outdoor Beatles getting inside). He couldve given me a run for my money and lied but he was so kind and genuine. Definitely recommend!
