We were so happy with our total experience. Our first visit, Georgia was incredibly knowledgeable about the products they offered. She led us on a tour of the variety choices they had for granite. She was upfront about concerns with certain pieces. We found several we really liked but decided to go to Solon, Ohio where one of their suppliers is located. We found another piece we decided on. While there, they had done the backsplash made from the same granite piece. Loved it.Designer Stone took care of the shipment.They kept appointments. The gentlemen who came to the house were thorough and particular. We received layouts of the pieces of the countertop and backsplashes. This is when the customer has the opportunity to view and provide feedback regarding seams.They were open to finishing the ends of the backsplash I found on the internet.After placing the countertops, they remeasured for the backsplash.
