I was having issues with my newer furnace and they sent someone out right away to assess the problem. Explained the problem, ordered the part and repaired the furnace within a few days. While waiting on the part to be delivered, the owner, Mark Coppeler, called to make sure I had some type of heat to assure I was comfortable. I would recommend this company and will use their services again.
