My experience was excellent. Professional and the vibe you look for in a spa experience, especially if you're used to driving to a bigger area to find the kind of experience you want. I had the gold facial with Heather and she did an incredible job. I can't wait for my next visit. 10/10 would recommend to all of my friends.

I had an incredible experience at Serenity Spa by Chicly Confident in Pomeroy, thanks to Abigail. She did an amazing job on my head spa and facial, leaving my skin and scalp feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The spa itself is spotless, calming, and inviting, with a welcoming and friendly staff.
