“Class A team of employees! Tonya (rep at hosp), Dana, and Cathy (therapist) are phenomenal! All staff is very professional, caring, understanding, and extremely attentive to needs. Any questions..they take time to give explanations. Cathy visited Friday w/new equipment. Very thorough, as well as personable. Left me with her comforting words of encouragement...she's awesome AND followed up with a phone call today!! Insurance questions, ordering, delivery, etc. Have all been answered and taken care of immediately by Dana! Delivery drivers have all been very professional also. Tonya (hospital rep) got the ball rolling when I was discharged. Extremely helpful thru initial process. Always took time to return phone calls and communicate and coordinated this new circumstance for me. God bless you all and keep doing what you're doing ?“
