The owner David Young is short tempered and argumentative. He fought with the inspector and delayed my project. I would provide him zero starts if possible. He leaves the job site dirty. He sabotaged the whole project asking for additional money beyond initial contract.

Be aware of hiring him.

Dave did a Top Notch Job on our recent Bathroom Remodel! He was punctual, prepared, and did a good job with the installation of a new toilet and vanity. He spotted some problems we were not previously aware of, and corrected those as well. We are so happy to have found a skilled and professional plumber!

We have used On-Line Mechanical in the past for an 'emergency' service call (main water line plumbing to home) as well as a recent upstairs bath remodel. Dave Young is very professional, quick to respond, and does excellent work. We have an older home and he is very respectful of our homes' construction as well as us as a customer.
