When Jeff showed up to do my lawn aeration, the aeration machine was malfunctioning. He told me he had to go back to the service shop and would not return that day. I spoke with the Weedman office and they immediately set to getting me rescheduled on an asap basis. In the meantime, Jeff was able to get a functioning aeration machine at the shop and showed up at my house about 20 minutes after I spoke with Tory at the office. He efficiently aerated my lawn producing long clean plugs. I'm coming at this from an ex-employee's perspective.
This company is, without a doubt; one of the best companies I've ever worked for. They truly care about their staff, and the love they pour into them reflects with the service we provided to our customers. The only reason I left was because I was dealing with some health issues that did not allow me to do a lot of physical activities outside.
If you choose them to service your lawn, I promise you. You will not be disappointed with their service and professionalism.
