Johnson was very helpful with my visit yesterday....loading mulch and top soil. He was a very friendly, personable and knowledgeable individual. The place was very clean and orderly...obviously there is a change in focus. Hats off to the staff as your hard work is definitely noticed!!

Hi. I visited the Plain City Ohio Mulch business yesterday. A gentleman from Ghana and a young man who wanted to attend BYU waited on me. I had just come from a minor shoulder precedure to pick up some mulch so I couldn't help like I typically do.
As I walked in, it started to rain hard. I felt terrible buying 30 bags of mulch to be loaded but both guys put their rain gear on and went out with a great attitude about helping me the customer - they really cared and had a super good about helping me.
I will go back - great professionalism, super hustle and wonderfully customer-focused.

I've visited this store a few times and have received excellent and knowledgeable customer service every time. I ordered 3 yards of supersoil for both a garden bed and seeding parts of our lawn. We thought it looked short when it was delivered but waited until I filled the garden box to confidently say we were short a yard. I called Sean at the Plain City location and he was fantastic about fixing the issue. Within about an hour I had another yard delivered; he even called to assure me that he hadn't forgotten about me in that time. Their resolution was so good they deserve 5 stars.
