One customer experienced inconsistency with their supersoil delivery, with the first order having more leaf compost than expected and the second order being heavier and having more soil. Despite this, the business was quick to resolve the issue. Prices are reasonable and the staff are helpful in loading purchases. Had a mulch delivery last week and used it all up with a handful of beds still not mulched. I found that strange since I ordered the same amount last year and filled all my beds, no problem. I reached out to the store and they came and delivered more mulch, no questions asked. That was much appreciated and I will use them again.
Usually not a huge fan of Ohio mulch at all, but their customer service today inside the office was awesome. Loader somehow busted my trailer light on trailer so I was only charged half price on mulch. Angel up front and the two younger guys were great!
Johnson was very helpful with my visit yesterday....loading mulch and top soil. He was a very friendly, personable and knowledgeable individual. The place was very clean and orderly...obviously there is a change in focus. Hats off to the staff as your hard work is definitely noticed!!
