I was here getting my haircut and an old lady walked in with a hair brush stuck in hair and tears in her eyes. The stylist addressed her with kindness and helped her and also spoke so sweetly to her and comforted her. Kudos to you guys. Keep the kindness going.

When I went in there was no wait. I only needed a cut, no shampoo. Annette gave me exactly what I asked for plus she was friendly and enjoyable to talk with while at the same time being professional.
