I am not happy with their transportation service. The shipped my brand new vehicle. There was a little chip on the side mirror. I didnt notice it until after i signed the BOL because the side mirror was folded in and perfectly covered the chip. The dealership confirmed the car has no chip before it was picked up. When I called the company to report the chip and asked for a compensation. This shipping company refused to admit their fault and any form of compensation . What's worse, they even said because I signed the BOL without pointing out the chip, there is NOTHING they can do nor they WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
