My husband and I are selling our house and had an inspection done yesterday. There was a leak in our crawlspace under the kitchen sink that had been there for quite a while. As soon as the inspector left, I called piqua plumbing and they came up the same day,checked it out and said they would be back the next morning to fix it. John and his apprentice came promptly at 8:00. The job is done. So in less than 24 hours the problem is solved! John is an upstanding, very honest man with great integrity and very knowledgeable. His rates are very reasonable and he does exceptional work. This is the third time he has done work in our home and I highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks John!!
I had the worst leak I’ve ever had under my tub and toilet, going into my basement. John set up a time in the afternoon and was actually early. The guys did a great job of diagnosing the issue and getting it taken care of, as well as a couple smaller leaks that we had noticed. His price was so reasonable, I was really surprised! Highly recommend!
