Everyone was so nice and transparent. They explained everything so well to me from what my insurance covered to how much everything was to how my prescription changed. I’ve been to a couple places where the staff were rude and unhelpful, but the staff here were so kind and patient.
My 3yo needed his first pair of glasses and they were very patient with him and they had such a cute selection for kids and adults.
The optometric technician was very kind and friendly. The dr was also kind, helpful and friendly. She explained to me about my bifocals from my last pair and why they may have not worked for me. John is knowledgeable and helped me with my bifocal measurements. He is very friendly too!
