I had planned to use Heritage during my wedding in June of 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid, we had to drastically change our plans. Heritage was not able to give us back our non-refundable deposit due to Covid, but they graciously offered to apply it to any future rental we might need.Sure enough, when my brother/fiance's wedding rolled around about a year later, I was able to contact the company about using that deposit toward some chairs that my brother was looking to rent for the ceremony. Bill and Ann were a pleasure to work with! They took care of every detail for our office Christmas party and made it absolutely beautiful! They were great about the last minute changes. I will use Heritage Party Rentals for all of my future events!

We rental a tent, table and chairs for a grad party. The staff was great and very helpful with all my questions. Everything was setup and removed as scheduled and the crew was friendly and efficient.
