I cannot recommend Burkett’s enough! When my furnace unexpectedly stopped working overnight on the COLDEST day, they went above and beyond to ensure my family was taken care of. They arrived under 2 hours after my call, offered a free diagnostic, and quickly identified the issue. I was so impressed when they immediately express-ordered the part needed for the repair and temporarily had the furnace working in the meantime. Since we were going to be without heat overnight, they kindly lent us space heaters for several rooms, which made a huge difference in keeping us comfortable while we waited. Their promptness, professionalism, and friendly service really stood out, and their pricing was very reasonable. A special shoutout to Dave and his partner, who not only fixed the problem efficiently but also took the time to educate me on how to properly care for my furnace to avoid future issues. Jordan and Alex from Burkett's did a great job for a very reasonable price! both of them were very friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They replaced my very outdated furnace with a high efficiency one and added central air, cold air returns upstairs and an additional supply. It was not a simple nor easy job. In fact, another company actually turned the job down! Dave, the owner personally stopped by several times to check on the progress and was super friendly to me, my children and even my dogs! 😊
