The vet and staff are amazing they took the time to explain each and every step needed to help our dog with her anxiety and hip problems and didn't shy away from her in anyway when she was overly stimulated and barking . Very professional and knowledgeable.
I simply can not say enough good things about this clinic. I've recently switched vets and feel like I hit the jackpot finding this place. With no exception, every staff member from receptionist to Dr. and everyone in between has been so incredibly kind. Every visit, I have felt heard when discussing concerns and treatment. I have never felt rushed or dismissed like the last clinic I was going to. Their genuine love and care for what they do really shows with every visit. I could not be happier that I found this place and made the switch. Massive kudos and a trillion thanks to this incredible staff and their efforts!
Needed a vet and took our dog to Western Reserve in Pierpont. ALL the people there were wonderful. Also, I was told they were expensive. I called around and they were the least expensive in this area. Please keep in mind that this was 1 visit but I assure you that when I need a vet again, they will absolutely be the first place I will go. Very happy with their care and I will recommend them to everyone.
