I can't thank Rick enough ! My car was broken into by the kia boys and they tore out my Steering Column and broke my back window. I called maybe 15 mechanics and got estimates for 2k and up. Some mechanics even told me they don't do this repair and to call my dealership. Rick not only fixed my car in a timely manner, but he even towed my car for me all for an excellent price! My car even drives smoother after Rick repaired it than it did before.He even put plastic on my back window without me asking which I greatly appreciated. Rick is THE man! I have a 2012 Fird Flex and it was having steering issues. I took it to a Ford Auto Shop and they told me I needed a new steering column and that Ford was no longer making parts for my car, printed off what I needed and that was the extent of their ability to help! I reached out to a fellow car guy and he gave me Ricks info and told me he would be able to help me out! Rick was so helpful got everything fixed in the middle of a snow storm and went out of his way to drive and pick up the parts because there was no delivery due to storm!
