Went for my first time to PT Nails! Love being able to book an appointment online & you can change or cancel your appointment online too. My nail tech was super friendly and worked efficiently. However, the smell of incense is SUPER strong when you first walk in the door. It's not bad once you go past the lobby area. As someone who suffers from migraines, it was the first thing I noticed walking in. Overall a positive experience!

We did a walk-in for two pedicures and one manicure. They saw us within five minutes. It was a Valentine date for my husband and I, so we bought pizza and ate during the service. At 2:30pm people with appointments started pouring in. I decided to come back the next day to complete my manicure. The atmosphere is very inviting and humorous. They laugh and joke with you as if they've known you. Nope. They didn't speak in their native language in front of us. We felt very comfortable and the quality of work was exceptional. I have been going here since they opened and they do a wonderful job! I normally get dip and Ty is my preferred nail tech. Other places can often make them too thick but he does a great job and they last a while without breaking.
