Nathan from Five Star came over to discuss my needs and set everything up for me! A couple of days later David and Conner came over to do the install. They did a terrific job, answered any questions and were very courteous and respectful of my home. If you have and hvac needs pls do yourself a favor and call Five Star first!
Brandon was awesome! He was very friendly, and informative. He had our heater up and running quickly. He let me know what I want to look for when buying a filter. I definitely had a good experience and recommend him?
Matt did a great job. He informed us that he was on his way and once he arrived, Matt called to let us know he was here. He did his work and once he was done with our maintenance checkup he asked if I had any which I didn't but appreciate him asking. He deserves a 5 star rating. Thanks
