Excellent. Would highly recommend. My water heater started leaking overnight and I called Ohio Water Heaters early in the morning. They were out promptly to assess the situation and back soon after to replace the water heater and I had the sump pump replaced as well. On time and reasonably priced. I had so many plumbers to choose from but glad I chose Ohio Water Heaters & Plumbing.
We lost our water heater on a Saturday, called Ohio Water Heaters on Sunday and received a text back almost immediately. We were able to schedule a replacement and Steven installed it beautifully and also put in a leak detection system. We had hot water within 15 minutes of firing it up. He walked us through every step and explained the way this hi tech state of the art water heater functioned. We are extremely pleased with this company.
Our water heater stopped heating on the weekend. Called and got an appointment scheduled for Monday, but could have gotten service over the weekend for an extra charge. The company makes good use of technology to keep the customer informed when the appointment is and where the technician is driving to your location. I would definitely hire them again.
