Decent but don't always follow through. Many years ago I tried to sell them my Jupiter tenor saxophone. Said yes first, then more time, more time, etc. then stopped responding to me so I finally gave up and sold it myself. Might have quoted me too much money by accident but he never communicated that with me.Recently I bought a mouthpiece and they were very helpful, let me try a few and I bought one. After playing it and another for awhile I decided to return/exchange. I didn't know their policy but he said they would work it out ... like trade or something and I was open to that but he said I would have to come in another week when his wife was back in the shop. Great selection of new and used mouthpieces. Great service. Fast shipping and prompt communication. Bought a nice, old Berg mouthpiece - return policy allows buyers to return pieces if they aren't satisfied. This is key when buying mouthpieces. They stand by their products. Would buy from again.
