I went there for the first time today. Made my appointment and was on time. I had a broken charging port on my iPad and I definitely needed a new battery on my iPhone. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to, the work was done during the allotted time and the price was extremely fair and reasonable. I would give him a 10 if permissible. Highly highly recommend.

I went to this gentleman 5+ yrs ago before he moved to his current location. After moving back to the area, I was hopeful his business was still around and am so thankful it is! He does EXCELLENT work, perfect actually. Customer service is above and beyond. He repairs pretty much every model of iPhone and iPad. He offers a discount for returning customers. I have gone to one other place to have a screen repaired and ended up having to go back multiple times to be told it must just be defective. He even bought an old iPhone off of me for parts. I will never go anywhere else for any apple repairs. Support this small business! It will be worth it!

I called for insight on needing a new screen for my iPad and the gentleman answering said it would cost more to repair then to replace. He also explained WHY it was so expensive. I value that kind of honesty and explanation in a business. 5/5
