Our Dog suddenly had an eye problem , her eye was running and she wouldn’t open it. This was on a Thursday. Our regular Veterinarian office staff told me they had no appointments left and suggested a Monday appointment. Are you kidding me, this was an emergency situation as we didn’t know what had happened or if something was in her eye. Before going to MedVet I called here and they gave us a noon appointment that very day. The staff is caring and professional, the veterinarian was wonderful as well. We were taken care of and more importantly our Lily was too.

If I had to rate based off my singular interaction it would have been 5/5 and maybe giving a 4 star review is selling this facility a little short....but I cannot give a 5 star rating on 1 routine vet visit.
That being said......I hope to upgrade and edit this review later down the line to 5 stars over some longevity due to continued excellence in service.
I experienced an unsettling interaction with receptionists/vet tech from a competitor vet facility(looking at you, Pickerington Animal Hospital) who normally provided care to our furry family member for the past 7 years.....

Took my rescue kitty in for a sedated groom to remove matting. They did a wonderful job. She looks amazing but even better she feels amazing and she’s never been happier. Her lovings on us have tripled! She’s so thankful! Will happily return.
