Visited Thompson’s Memorials with my Sister In Law to pick out a stone for her husband, we were so impressed with the customer service, and I believe the young man’s name was David, he was very knowledgeable and put us both at ease. What seemed like a very stressful day we were made to feel very comfortable.

We got the best customer service , everyone was so nice during this time. They did a beautiful job on the stone. Bo is absolutely wonderful to work it. The prices are excellent as well.

Extremely helpful and friendly. The owner, Bo, took his time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He made us feel like family not just customer's. His entire staff was very welcoming. They did an excellent job on the piece we ordered. We couldn't be happier. ?
